Q: Do I need to bring my own costume, jewellery or makeup kit?
A: No you do not need to, we have a range of costumes and jewellery for you to choose from our wardrobe. The cosmetics we use are from reputed brands.

 

Q: My skin is a bit sensitive and I’m worried the makeup might harm my skin.
A: Fortunately, we have not had customers complain of any issues till date. Since the level of sensitivity varies between individuals, we will appreciate it if you can mention your concerns prior to the session.

 

Q: Do you provide products to remove the make up after the shoot?
A: Yes, we provide you with make up removal products such as cleansing milk and tissues.

 

Q: How are the costumes maintained?
A: The costumes are dry cleaned and well maintained to ensure good hygiene.

Q: Can I bring food & beverages?
A: We request you not to eat or drink at the studio or makeup room, considering the hinderance it might cause others.

 

Q: Do you have a changing room?
A: Yes, we have a changing room (makeup room) and a washroom in our studio.

 

Q: I need to bring a friend along, is there a waiting room?
A: Sure, we can accommodate your friend in our waiting area. Please make sure children are always accompanied by an adult.

 

Q: Do you have a shower?
A: No, we do not have a shower or bath.

 

Q: Do you have lockers to store valuables?
A: We do not have lockers. However, we can ensure your valuables are kept safe.

 

Q: I have an over sized suitcase. Can I get that?
A: Sure, we are very tourist-friendly. Please note that we are located at level 2 and there is no elevator in the building.

Q: In what form will I receive the photos?

A: You will receive the photos in print along with a permanent link that will be emailed to you. This link can be accessed by you at any point in time for future reference.

 

Q: Can I take pictures with my camera?

A: Yes, you can. We give you an exclusive 10 minutes time after our photographer finishes the shoot. Request you to refrain from taking pictures at the time of makeup or during the shoot.

 

Q: How long does it take for the photos to be printed?

A: We require 1 working day for the pictures to be printed.

 

Q: Do you have English speaking staff?

A: Yes, please be assured of that.

Q: Do you have outdoor shoot plans also?

A: If you are interested in outdoor plans, do write to us and we can custom-make a plan for you.

 

Q: Do you have packages for men & kids also?

A: We have packages for couples and we also do family portraits.

 

Q: What is the time required for each of these plans?

A: It takes an average of 1½ hours for the makeup and shoot. However, it totally varies with the plan you choose.

Q: Do I need to make an appointment for the session and how early should it be?

A: We request you to take an appointment at least a day in advance to ensure our studio is available and avoid any waiting period.

 

Q: What are your studio timings?

A: We are open from 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday, 10AM to 5PM on Saturdays. Sunday is a holiday.

 

Q: Is it possible to change the plan I reserved earlier, after getting to the studio?

A: You might want to decide on the plan a few hours prior to the shoot, for us to keep the costumes ready.

 

Q: Can we change the number of people who will participate in the shoot?

A: Yes, we can shoot with your friends & family. However, please make sure you have enough time in hand.

 

Q: I have made a reservation. Can I cancel it in the last hour?

A: To ensure smooth operation, we would appreciate it if you can avoid cancellations of any kind. However, we will understand if it is an unforeseen situation. Please be sure that we will also be willing to accommodate you at a different time if you choose to do so.

Q: What are the available payment modes? 

A: We accept payment through cash, debit cards, credit cards and online transfer.

 

Q: Can I pay online at the time of reservation? 

A: Yes you can. Please mention it in the email at the time of reservation and we’ll send you the details.

 

Q: What currencies do you accept at the studio?

A: We accept Indian Rupees (INR) only.

Q: Do you have car parking space?

A: We have enough street parking space available for your car.
